Instructions

If you have not done so already, first download and install the FFE program. You should have gotten an email with your personal License Key after we received your payment for purchasing.

  • Install the Microsoft DotNet Framework 4 in order to run the program – this is Microsoft’s standard programming environment, a bit like Java Runtime, and is a free download.

    • To find it on the Internet type DotNet Framework 4 Download into your favorite search engine.

  • The license should be detached/saved from your email program into the same folder as the program FFE.exe

    • c:program files (x86)JWSoftwareSolutionsFFE
    • Don’t try to “run” or “install” the license file, simply save it.

Some corporate IT systems don’t allow users to save into the program files folders. In that case you have to ask IT to copy/save the file for you. We know this is inconvenient, but the licensing system requires the license file to be in the same folder as the program.

Notice: The license file does NOT go into the FFE Data folder under My Documents.
